We encourage our Member Clubs to complete the EAP form here, so that we can collect together Emergency Action Plans for all the Venues used by our Member Clubs.
A football Emergency Action Plan (EAP) is a written document detailing procedures for various emergencies, such as medical incidents or severe weather, to ensure a prompt and effective response. A comprehensive EAP outlines procedures for immediate medical response, defines clear roles and responsibilities for staff, ensures access to vital equipment like AEDs, and includes designated communication methods and rapid routes to emergency services. Regularly practicing and reviewing the plan with all relevant personnel is critical for a successful emergency response.
